Kenneth Lane "Kenny" Cooper (born December 25, 1984 in Fort Worth, Texas) is an American actor who portrayed David in season two of Barney & Friends. Today, he was an assistant director and producer. He had directed various television shows, such as The Price is Right, Win Lose or Draw, Wolf Watch, and The F-List.

In 1993, Cooper portrayed the role of "David" for the second season of Barney & Friends. After his time with the show, Cooper attended a mini reunion on the Barney & Friends set in Las Colinas in Irving, Texas with a few cast members from the first three seasons.

According to Tommy Avallone, the director of I Love You, You Hate Me, Cooper was bullied for his time on Barney & Friends at school, where he would be called names, such as "Barney boy", while simultaneously receiving threats to be put in a trash can and rolled down a hill.
