Rebecca Kelly Tischer (née Wilson; born September 2, 1983 in Richardson, Texas) is the daughter of Barney performance director Penny Wilson.

Tischer's first production of Barney occurred at the age of ten portraying the role of "Kelly" in Barney Live! In New York City at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York. Wilson took part in the tour of Barney's Colorful World! portraying as a dancer from 2003 until 2004.
